Nice work! This only applies to biblical literalist however since they foolishly believe in talking snakes and magical people rising from the dead. The REAL truth behind Jesus rising from the dead was a symbol for our own soul and divine spark, to be completed people spiritually. Mithras before Jesus also symbolized the same thing. A civilization that stones people for being raped or working on Saturday is utterly vulgar and repulsive. Unfortunately the corrupt church burned people for knowing the world is round and and for knowing the essential importance of bathing.
The church was ok with the world being round, people were burned for terrorising the vulnerable and extorting money out of them. Church just can’t handle competition.
And you missed one guys - if you’re Roman Catholic that eatin Jesus aint symbolic, thanks to the miracle of transubstantiation that really is your messiah you’re chowing down on, right there.
